Delivery Information

When you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation of the order received and the order dispatched. 

The email detailing about the order being dispatched will have the carriers name and the carriers tracking number. 

Information on your parcel is available on the carrier’s website and not on Any information you may ask us about your parcel will be extracted from the carrier’s website to inform you. In certain cases, we can call the carriers on your behalf, but most carriers see this as a breach of the data protection act and ask if the recipient can contact them directly. 

All our items shall be on a tracked and signed for service so please ensure you or someone on your behalf is in to take the parcel. Otherwise, the delivery could be missed, and the item may be taken back to the carrier’s local depot/hub awaiting instructions for either you to request redelivery or for the item to be collected. If the item is to be collected, please take with you your ID as without ID the carriers have the right not to hand over the parcel to you.
